Okay, so each team will post their gripes, contract mistakes, bird years they want, and mistakes that have been made in the file. There are always bound to be mistakes on a new file, so please help me and point them out. Any GM can post contract issues and mistakes for any team including theirs. GM's can only post for their teams bird years and gripes however
Each team will get 3 gripes, can post on any player. Will not be easy to get gripes accepted. I want proof, meaning show me shot charts, stats, etc...This does NOT include bird years. You can post as many bird years as you would like for your team
Once the season starts, this will be closed for good
CANNOT GRIPE PLAYERS YOU TRADE FOR
SCOUTED POTENTIAL WILL NOT BE CHANGED....SORRY
Nets - 3 gripes Kings - 3 gripes Warriors - 3 gripes Grizzlies - 1 gripe

Gilbert Arenas inside to B- , handling to C+ - This is a guy who has scored double digits his whole career and got to the rim almost 6 times per game on the season always showing a good driving game while shooting 45% . As for his handling his quickness mixed with solid handling and passing should atleast make it a high C . Only averaged 2.1 TPG which is better then most rookies . Should also have sky high potential as he quickly developed into an All-star caliber player www.basketball-reference.com/players/a/arenagi01.htmlJason Richardson defense to B - should have good quickness/strength and is also good at picking up steals averaging 1.3 SPG on the season , all this should www.basketball-reference.com/players/r/richaja01.htmlAdonal Foyle defense to A- - elite shotblocker , averaged over 2 BPG in only 18 minutes giving him about 4 BPG per 36 . Stuck around the league primarily based on his defensive abilities www.basketball-reference.com/players/f/foylead01.html

Chris Webber's Rebounding to A- from B- and C handling to B handling This is ridiculous. Webber has a career high of 13 RPG, when he was twenty five which is GREAT. He averaged 10.1 RPG in the 2001-2002 season. And he averages 9.8 RPG for his career, which is basically 10 RPG. Webber is probably the best post passer to ever play the game. He has a career high of 5.5 APG, averaged 5.4 APG this 2001-2002 season, and career average of 4.2 APG www.basketball-reference.com/players/w/webbech01.html-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Predrag Stojakovic's Inside Scoring to B from B- Defense From C+ to B- Predrag averages 1 SPG for his career, and averaged 1 SPG the 2001-2002 season. I think that's deserving of atleast a B- defense. Stojakovic averaged 21 PPG behind Webber, and a team filled with great scorers. He shot a nice 48% and should definitely get this inside upgrade. www.basketball-reference.com/players/s/stojape01.html-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mike Bibby's outside scoring to A- and inside scoring to C+ or high C Mike Bibby was DEFINITELY, no question one of the best 3pt shooters to ever play the game. In the 2001-2002 season mike shot 37% from behind the three point line, and averaged EXACTLY 40% from 3pt the next season. I really think Bibby's inside scoring was underrated. Can you really shoot up threes all game and make all of them? I know all of his point's didn't come from outside scoring. He was quick and small too, giving him advantages to get inside. www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/bibbymi01.html

Not that it matters but I strongly agree with Kidd's gripe

His handles will be boosted to C+ Richardson stealing was boosted....he will be B- defenser Foyle's block was upgraded a large amount, defense will be a B+ now

Has a high steal rating and a decent enough inside. Bibby outside to B+, inside raised to high C

I think Lamar Odom's handles should go from a C+ to a B. This season 2001-2002 he averaged 5.9 assists as a PF. We all know Lamar is a Point-Forward and I feel his handles should be this high considering. Also Parker only averaged 4.3 assists and he has a B. Also Earl Boykins has a B and averages about 3. Lamar Odom Stats --> www.basketball-reference.com/players/o/odomla01.html Also Q-Rich should have a B- Inside considering he shot a FG% of .432 and he averaged 13 points. McInnis shot a FG% .413 and averaged 14 points. So I feel if McInnis has a B- inside so should Q-Rich. Clippers 2001-2002 Stats -> www.basketball-reference.com/teams/LAC/2002.html
